Washcloth soaked in chamomile tea works great but simply placing the bag of frozen vegetables such as peas or corn fix puffy eyes in less time.

Puffy eyes are due to temporary fluid accumulation in the tissues under the facial skin. Splash the eyes with cold water first thing in the morning. This helps to keep the skin around the eyes firm and relaxed.
