Fruits and Vegetables

 

Diet rich in fruits and vegetables can help you ward off heart disease and stroke, control blood pressure and cholesterol, prevent some types of cancer, avoid a painful intestinal ailment called diverticulitis, and guard against cataract and macular degeneration, two common causes of vision loss.

 

 

Exercise 

Regular exercise can do everyone a world of good. It helps prevent heart disease, diabetes, osteoporosis, and a host of other diseases, and is a key ingredient for losing weight or maintaining a healthy weight. Walking is an ideal exercise for many people - it doesn't require any special equipment, can be done any time and any place, and is generally very safe.

 

 

Water

 

Research has shown that drinking water helps to maintain proper blood pressure, improves mental performance, increases athletic performance & helps to regulate digestion. Water is the key to elimination of toxins from the body.

 

 

Apple

 

“An apple a day keeps the doctor away” is fact, not just folklore. Today, research suggests that apple play a significant role in anticancer, lowering blood cholesterol levels so acts as a preventative for heart and arterial disorders.

 

 

Almonds

 

Almond is considered as nerve tonic, excellent skin food, have some antiseptic properties, helping to cleanse the digestive system.

 

 

Carrot

 

Carrots’ antioxidant compound helps to protect against cardiovascular disease, cancer and also promote good vision, especially night vision.

 

 

Banana

 

Banana gives an instant, sustained and substantial boost of energy. Banana is extremely high in potassium yet low in salt, making it perfect to beat blood pressure. Banana is also helpful in Depression, Constipation, Heartburn, Stress, and Morning Sickness.

 

 

Pineapple 

 

Pineapple juice before meal is ideal for easing indigestion and gastritis. Pineapple is diuretic and cleansing, and can be helpful for arthritis, gout, kidney stone, and sinusitis. Gargling with the juice is useful alternative for sore throats.
