how to boost immunity in my kids aged 3 and 5 year?

Here are few tips to boost child's immunity:

Offer your child a variety of healthy foods so that they gets the nutrients they needs. Include fresh fruits especially containing vitamin C like oranges.

Make sure they get plenty of sleep each night as well as lots of physical activity every day.

Also, make sure they wash their hands before eating and after toileting and playing in dirt using anti-bacterial soap.

Make a habit to wash hands using disinfectant soap after coming home.
Try to encourage kids to eat lots of fruit and vegetable to increase their immunity.
