Fruits such as oranges, plums, guavas, blue berries, grapefruit, gooseberries are good.

Infusion of blueberries or blackberries either from the seed powder or from the leaves is most beneficial as they control the blood sugar. An excess of blueberries however can result in low sugar so monitor its intake.
