Nasal polyp often occur along with many other respiratory diseases such as sinusitis, allergic rhinitis and asthma. Most probably you might be suffering from certain kind of allergies as you are having itchy ear, cold and sinusitis.
Nasal saline irrigation can be especially helpful in people with nasal polyps and chronic sinus infections. It involves rinsing the nasal passages with a salt-water solution, which helps to rid the nose of allergens and mucus. This may also reduce the need for antibiotics and serve to reduce tissue swelling in the nasal passages.
