Ghee is composed almost entirely of fat, there are no carbs and proteins.
Actually, if you consume ghee whatever calories are consumed, you need to burn them by performing vigorous physical activity.
It is fine to have one teaspoon of ghee daily because of its health benefits.
People who follow sedentary life style, should not consume ghee in excess amount. Also, people with high cholesterol are advised not to consume ghee.
