There are many types of incontinence such as structural incontinence, functional incontinence, mixed incontinence, stress incontinence. Treatment depends on the correct diagnoses.
Do pelvic muscle exercises such as kegel exercises which strengthen pelvic floor muscles and sphincter muscles which can reduce or cure stress leakage. Sit on a hard chair; lean forward and tighten all your sphincter muscles, anal, vaginal, and urethral, in succession, front to back; hold the squeeze for one or two seconds; release, then contract from back to front.
Also reduce intake of coffee, tea, and alcohol.
