I was wondering what kind of health benefits (and nutrients) that you can get from eating cheese (on a daily basis)? What more can you get from cheese than other dairy products? I currently have been eating 1 cup (4 portions) of grated (marble) cheese. What is the most optimum amount/portion to have (daily)? I also would to mention that i have heard that cheese (or dairy products in general) tend to help decrease abdominal fat as opposed to diets (with same calorie content) without cheese (or dairy products) included, is there any (strong) evidence to support this?
