Try a "paleo" or primal type diet, get rid of sugar, sweets, flour, starches, get rid of high carbs, and switch to protein including sea foods and high veggies with a few fruits and some nuts and avocados. No soy products, use almond milk instead. Start lifting weights or doing beginner crossfit type workouts. Avoid smoke and alcohol. Try a few herbal supplements like epimedium, maca, and tongkat.
