I started this job as a housekeeper for this hotel.You lift,pull,push,carry,and are on your feet all day.So with this happening and its been about a month.I been have really bad foot and back aches.Pushing around these two carts has caused my copa tunnel to return and its way worse. Any ideas how to settle the pains without having to eat a million motrins a day?The problem is I only get 2 days off a week(sunday for sure)( then I get either friday or saturday off) and the rest are spent doing all this work all day long.
