Mostly breast pain is due monthly hormonal changes in a women...this is cyclical pain...mostly involve both breasts..this can be reduced by medications....so consult your doctor if u had cyclical pain....bCoz they may have some side effects...!
But u r complaining only in single breast...u don't mentioned ur age...so if u r between 40 to 50....it may be due to costochondritis..or OCPs....or hormone replacement therapy.... Or ill fitted bra s....!!! Some times an inflammatory Brest also causes stabbing pain...
So some remedies are
1. Relax .... Meditate
2. Wear..good supportive bras
3.take vitamin B-1,B-6,E.
4.weight reduction.
5. Evening primerose oil massage.

But if symptoms not relieved n pain z increasing....
Consult a physician immediately.
Thanq.. N take care
