Eliminate all stress. Thinking about something negative will bring more thoughts like it. It will just keep going. So find the willpower and say later gator everytime your focus goes to a thought that doesn't feel good. Anxiety will lessen, you will improve everyday of every minute. Start there with later gator. Make it a habit. You will see improvement as long as you stick to the information above.
